ROBOT-TEN

Tennis courts constantly require a lot of maintenance and manpower.
They must be covered when it rains for making them available quickly and frequently sprinkled and leveled to ensure optimal play.
The lawn courts must be trimmed practically every day with a frequent remake of the white lines.

Two ROBOT-TEN are placed on both ends of the tennis court under the chairs of the base line umpires.
To perform the various activities they move from the bottom of the court to the net and vice versa.
The activities are piloted, with a remote PC or Tablet, in three ways:

• to be carried out immediately (e.g. sprinkling the court);
• scheduled based on time (e.g. grass trimming at 3 a.m.);
• programmed to be performed automatically through sensors (e.g. court covering in case of rain from 11 p.m. till 8 a.m.).

The area affected by the activities of ROBOT-TEN goes from the two double net poles to the bottom of the court.
